Patch Test Guarantee

We back our skincare products 100% so if in the very rare and unlikely event of an allergic reaction, don’t worry we have you covered!

Like with all skincare products, when trying a new skincare product for the first time, it is a good idea to do a patch test. 

To be eligible for our patch test guarantee, you must follow these steps below.

1. You have 3 days upon receiving your skincare products to complete a patch test.

2. You must apply the skincare products on the inner side of your arm or bend of your elbow.

3. Leave the product on for at least 12-24 hours minimum, that way there is plenty of time to see if an allergic reaction occurs and it can be conveniently left on over night just apply at least 7 hours before bedtime.

4. If you purchase 2 products, try one on each inner side of your arms or bend of your elbows.

5. If you do happen to experience a rare and very unlikely occurrence of a reaction such as itchiness, redness, discomfort, after 12-24 hours, you must take a photo of the effected area and email it to us at info@ausbeautyco.com

6. Please allow a response from us within 12 hours.
